The money that stopped disappearing

Open your banking app and look. There's money sitting there that used to be gone by now. You didn't budget it back. You didn't win it. It just stopped leaving. The cigarettes took it a few dollars at a time, so you'd never have to face the total. That's over. The total is yours now.

Money that just sits there goes invisible. It slides into takeout and random Tuesdays, and a month later you'd swear nothing changed. So give it a face. One week of what you used to spend could cover a friend's dinner out. A kid's first month of lessons. The coat someone you love keeps putting back on the rack. Same money. This time it buys somebody a good day.

Skip the guilt about what's already gone. Guilt only spends it a second time. God handed this back so it could finally land somewhere good, and you get to pick where. Somebody reaches for their wallet at the end of a meal. The server says it's covered. They look up, confused, and then their whole face changes. That look is what this money was always for.

Let God help you choose. Show me whose day this should make. Then give that person one week of what you used to spend, with no backstory attached. They'll never know where it came from. You will, and that's the best part.
