What Unsmoked is

Unsmoked is a self-help education program and community designed to help you change your relationship with smoking, vaping, or cannabis. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication, please consult a doctor about quitting.

Not a crisis service

Unsmoked is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country immediately.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Unsmoked.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Please provide accurate information so the program can serve you well.

Cost

Unsmokedis free to use at launch. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, we'll be clear about what's free and what isn't before you pay for anything.

Acceptable use

Please use Unsmokedfor its intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Unsmokedhelpful, but everyone's journey is different and we can't guarantee specific results. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unsmoked and its creators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your decisions about your health remain your own.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
