Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what Unsmoked collects, why, and the control you have over your information. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and display name.
• What you're quitting — the habit type and your quit date, so we can tailor the program to you.
• Your progress — daily check-ins, completed challenges, streak, milestones, and craving logs.
• Things you write — your reasons, plans, reflections, and commitments. These are private to your account.
• Basic technical data — needed to keep you securely signed in and to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use your information only to run the program for you — to personalize your daily content, track your progress, show your milestones, and keep your account secure. We do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your personal entries are private to you. We do not sell your data. We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers (for example, Supabase for our database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting) who process data solely to operate the service on our behalf.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

• You can edit your goals, habit type, and details any time in Settings.
• You can delete your account from Settings — this permanently removes your data from our systems.
• You can request a copy of your data by emailing us at support@unsmoked.com.

Children

Unsmoked is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above.
